Bárbara Lázara (b. Mexico City)
Performer / vocal artist focused on the relation between body, voice, and space using tools like choreography, natural corporeal resonances, microphones. Since 2009 Lázara creates performatic pieces to activate the divine/animal dichotomy; naturally expressed on human voice. She has presented solo performances and workshops in México and often performing Europe in collaboration with stage and sound artists such as Zbigniew Szumski, Simon Fujiwara, Rinus van Alebeek, amongst others.
